**Looking for Procurement / Purchasing Officer having good experience on local and international purchases including requirements and logistics.**

**Job Summary for Ecommerce Procurement Specialist**:
As an Ecommerce Procurement Specialist at our e-commerce platform specializing in baby products and new mom products, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative and procurement functions. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Local and oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Strong understanding on Logistics documentation and requirements.
- Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate/required products and order quantities;
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
- Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
- Look for alternative products and supplier where needed locally and internationally.
- Have good networking with suppliers and logistics companies.
- Strong understanding on Qatar rules and regulations on Ecommerce including obtaining certain approvals from Ministry where required.
- Understands the inventory / stocks requirements and acquire / replenish accordingly on time.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Purchasing/Procurement in similar industry.
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and can work with mínimal supervision
- Must have an experience in Retail Industry including Mother Care and Baby Care items purchasing / procurement.
- **Proficient in both English and Arabic languages (spoken and written).**

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
