**Position**: Foreman (Housing)

Must have **5**+ years’ experience.

**Duration**: Long Term Contract

**Job location**: Dukhan Area

**Salary**:QR **3800 + Accommodation & Transportation.

**Duty Hours**: 8hrs per day, 5 days per week (Sunday thru Thursday)

**1. **Handle all housing requests and propose the appropriate allocation for the supervisor's endorsement. Ensure appropriate consideration of the Master allocation plan. Match and fit out the unit with the proper furniture sets. Brief and orient newly hired staff on all housing rules and regulations which apply.

**2. **Inspect, evaluate, and report damages or obsolescence of Housing furniture and equipment to supervisor for write off.

**3. **Raise maintenance service requests subsequent to all pre-allocation inspections. Ensure services (i.e maintenance, housekeeping, and furnishing) and finalized before occupancy. Ensure AC maintenance and pest control services are performed in accordance with standards. Supervise the cleaning service in vacant accommodations.

**4. **Enforce Housing's Key Policy. Manage the Housing Section master keys. Control issuing and retrieval of allocated keys. Ensure all keys in the Section are kept safely, tagged and organized.

**5. **Prepare input to the Housing Section's budget according to requirements and guidance from the supervisor. Calculate depreciation and fees to be charged for any damage or loss of the assigned furniture.

**6. **Supervise all contractors and housekeeping in accommodations. Support the Municipal Inspectors, as and when required.

**7. **Maintain the occupants’ details in the housing database and SAP system on a daily basis. Produce various Housing reports related to occupancy, vacancy, maintenance. etc.

**8. **Coordinate with the warehouse team on all issues pertaining to storing, inventory and assignment/retrieval of furniture. Advise supervisor about any shortages or excess.

**9. **Will be assigned to Standby Roster and may receive queries from Employees residing. Ensure their satisfaction or report any problems to the supervisor.

**10. **Submit reports for information and timely decision by the supervisor/ management.

A. Daily, weekly, and monthly for all assigned activities.

B. Housing status: vacant, reallocation, reserved and occupied.

C. Non-compliance issue including safety or Municipal.

D. Maintenance work performed.

E. Complaints related to Housing services.

**Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience**:

- Completion of Secondary School Education (12years of Schooling).
- General knowledge of building repair and maintenance.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with tenants and. other employees.
- Possess valid Qatar Driving License.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of safety and security aspects related to housekeeping.
- Good English and Arabic speaking and writing abilities.
- Must Have Hamad Medical Health Card.
- NOC with Change Sponsorship
