Located in the heart of Doha Old Town, Kimpton Al Rowda Doha will be the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this charming and vibrant area of town. Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.
**Your day to day**
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, primarily supporting our conferencing operations, you will use your outgoing and approachable personality to create memorable moments through delivering engaging service of Food & Beverage to guests. You will be required to multitask and be adaptable to ensure guests receive professional service. This position will include providing support and leadership to the team as well as hiring and all performance management as required.
**What we need from you**:

- Strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with guests and other team members - The ability to problem solve & remain calm in busy periods - Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, evenings & public holidays - A strong team player attitude - 2+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment - Luxury and lifestyle experience is preferred - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
