**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote and sell Al Ehtisasi UPVC products to potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by building long-term relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our UPVC products.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UPVC products or the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or a related field will be a plus.
