**Responsible for**:

- May Supervision partners indirect sales team and plan their daily activates ,
- 90% in Outdoor sales to the enterprise customers employees.
- Increase the B2B2C sales and revenue according the given target.
- Increase the B2B2C accounts penetration and handle the leads.
- May Manages indirect sales channels to sell Vodafone products and services to B2B2C customers.
- In case managing partners they Plan on daily bases the partners sales activities to achieve the company targets.
- Work on maintaining the churn to 3% from the base.
- Insure the sales quality, training and develop the sales skills if required.
- Makes sure that indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s)
- Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned departments inside Vodafone.
- Engage and meet with the business accounts to open roadshows to the team.
- Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
- Establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams.
- Participate in Running the telesales activates, SMS campaigns on the current B2B2C customer base.
- Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the B2B2C channel manager.
- Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is aligned to the Company's values through all our indirect channels.
- Build healthy relationships and trust with the accounts’ points of contacts.
- Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience.
- Update their direct reports regularly with the sales progress against targets and meet the giving deadlines.
- Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to Vodafone's sales and marketing management.
- Report their achievement to the line manager on daily bases

**Skills**:

- Sales supervisor experience for at least 3 years.
- English and Arabic language are essentials..
- Target oriented.
- Drive business through channels
- Proven ability to deliver results.
- Cold calling and new business development experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Commitment - is a customer champion and manages the processes and organisation towards exceeding customer expectations.
- Consistently positive and raise the teams energy.

**Salary**: QAR6,500.00 per month
