**Job Title: Specialty Coffee and Mocktail Mixologist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a diverse menu of specialty coffee drinks and mocktails that showcase creativity, innovation, and exceptional flavor profiles.
- Expertly craft a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Create imaginative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, bitters, and garnishes.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, mocktail innovations, and industry developments to continuously evolve the menu offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure beverage pairings complement the food menu and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, with expertise and precision.
- Source, select, and curate a diverse range of coffee beans, teas, and mocktail ingredients to maintain a high-quality inventory.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in barista techniques, mocktail preparation, and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and informative manner, sharing insights about coffee origins, brewing methods, and mocktail inspirations.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for coffee beans, syrups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote specialty coffee and mocktail offerings through creative presentations and social media content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Barista, or similar role, with a strong background in crafting coffee and mocktail beverages.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting processes, brewing techniques, and coffee equipment.
- Creative flair and an ability to design unique and visually appealing coffee and mocktail creations.
- Strong familiarity with mocktail ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and precision.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage preparation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on beverage trends and industry advancements.
