**Overview**: As a **Junior** Mocktail Bartender, you will be an integral part of our bar team, learning the art of crafting delicious and creative non-alcoholic beverages, also known as mocktails, for our valued customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mixology and eager to develop their skills in creating unique and refreshing mocktails. Under the guidance of experienced bartenders and the management team, you will have the opportunity to grow and refine your mixology techniques while providing excellent customer service in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:
Mocktail Preparation and Mixing:

- Assist in the preparation of a variety of mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Learn to create unique and flavorful mocktails that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
- Explore new mocktail recipes and seasonal offerings to keep the menu exciting.

Customer Service and Interaction:

- Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Learn to assist customers in selecting mocktails that best suit their preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide recommendations and knowledge about the ingredients and flavors in each mocktail.

Beverage Presentation and Garnishing:

- Observe and assist in presenting mocktails in an appealing and visually stunning manner.
- Learn to add creative garnishes and decorations to enhance the overall look and experience of each drink.

Cleanliness and Organization:

- Work with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, including utensils, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing bar tools and preparation areas regularly to meet health and safety standards.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

- Learn to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the bar's POS system.
- Observe and assist in processing orders and providing guests with receipts.

Restocking and Inventory Management:

- Observe and assist in monitoring mocktail ingredients and inventory levels, notifying management when supplies need replenishing.
- Learn about receiving and organizing deliveries of fresh ingredients, syrups, and other related items.

Training and Skill Development:

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your mixology skills and knowledge of mocktail preparation.
- Seek feedback from experienced bartenders or management to improve your performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a mocktail bartender or bartender is not mandatory; however, a passion for mixology and non-alcoholic beverages is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm and interest in developing mixology skills and knowledge of mocktail preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn quickly.
- Creativity and attention to detail to present mocktails attractively and appealingly.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
