**The Role**:
As an Indoor Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our lighting expertise, welcoming customers and guiding them towards the perfect lighting solutions for their needs. You'll play a key role in driving sales and creating a positive and memorable customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and engage** with customers, actively listening to their lighting needs and preferences.
- **Showcase your lighting knowledge** by demonstrating product features, benefits, and how they complement different design styles.
- **Utilize your design expertise** to recommend suitable lighting solutions based on space functionality, desired ambiance, and customer budget.
- **Process sales transactions** efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- **Maintain a welcoming showroom environment**, ensuring displays are attractive and product information is up-to-date.
- **Upsell and cross-sell** complementary lighting accessories or services.
- **Answer customer questions** about products, pricing, installations, and lighting trends.
- **Resolve customer concerns** in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere**.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid QID and NOC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the lighting industry.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of lighting fixtures, including their technical specifications and design styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Fluent in English; speaking Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Visual merchandising skills a plus.
- Experience with lighting control systems (preferred).
