Job Summary:
Al-Kubaisi Group Porto Cabin is looking for an experienced **Operations In charge **to take up the challenge of Porto cabin production.

The primary target is to reduce cabin delays, increase workplace efficiency and implement necessary work-related standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Issuing of job orders to the necessary foreman according to cabin delivery dates

2) Conduction of workplace inspection and maintaining factory cleanliness according to the standard

3) Conduction of employee evaluation according to employee work assessment.

4) Ensuring workplace and tools safety according to the standards set by the factory.

5) Compiling of materials requests forms from the foreman and issuing to the store in-charge.

6) Correction of work done by employees according to the work designated.

7) Report of cabin progress based on the work completed.

8) Ensuring that cabin progress is in accordance with the set delivery date.

9) Issuing of cabin drawings to the required personnel based on job orders.

10) Ensuring the foremen receive their materials according to the job order given:

- Ensuring the right item with the right quantity and the right dimensions
- Ensuring of collecting up to standard quality materials.

11) Completion of daily reports such as job orders and work schedule for management reporting purposes.

12) Ensuring the production process is followed by the appropriate personnel

13) Assigning of required personnel according to the cabin delivery dates and maintenance work.

**Skill Required**:
**1) Understanding of cabin production and related works**:
**Works included are welding, carpentry, Kirby installations, interior and exterior**

**decorations, electrical and plumbing works.**

**2) Proper handling of report documents according to management requirements.**

**3) Proper handling of people according to the work desired.**

**4) Knowledge of cabin materials according to their specifications.**

**5) Complete knowledge of cabin production sequence and cycle time.**

**6) Good Managerial Skills with perfect communication skills**

**7) Computer literacy**

**Qualifications**:
**- Mechanical/Electrical engineering Degree/Diploma or more**

**- Manufacturing work experience of 3 years or more**

**- Age 30 Years above**

**- Qatar or GCC Experience will be an added advantage**

**- Ability to speak English and Hindi proficiently and write English competently. Ability to speak in**

**Arabic is an added advantage.**

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
