**Primary purpose of job**
Participate in establishing, implementing, and maintaining IT portfolio and project management processes, practices, and

guidelines. Implement governance across project portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project status

and deliverables. Conduct project quality reviews to ensure that projects are being well managed and adhering to

appropriate project management processes and practices within ICT Department. Participate in the evaluation, selection,

and implementation of IT project requests with the objective of prioritizing and optimizing selected projects to ensure

portfolio alignment with the corporate mission and strategic goals

**Experience & Skills**:

- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in an enterprise IT environment, preferably in Oil & Gas industry, with at

least 8 years of demonstrated experience in IT Portfolio, Programs and Project management.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, executing, and improving IT Project Portfolio and Project Management

Governance policies, processes, practices, and supporting documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and execution of multiple and diverse high value IT projects, through

contracts and/or internal resources, on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in program and project management methodologies, best practices, and Systems

Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and DevOps.
- Expert in creating project schedules, risk management plans, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and complex

project management of change plans.
- Expert in monitoring and analyzing project progress and compliance, conducting projects assurance, and developing

assurance reports to advise management of deviations, risks and issues.
- Proven experience in developing project management training materials such as manuals, guides and training videos, and

executing project management training and awareness.
- Ability to transform complex concepts and status into visuals and presentations for stakeholders to effectively understand

performance of projects and overall portfolio.
- Working experience with MS Project Online, MS Power Apps and Power BI Dashboards design.
- Broad knowledge of current and emerging IT industry technologies, trends, and directions, particularly those associated

with IT in Oil and Gas Sector.
- Operates under direction using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined

objectives.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with refined presentation skills and the ability to work with

contractors and other departments at varying levels of management.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and consistently deliver results required.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education.
