**Job Title**: Sales Engineer - construction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable interior solutions.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s interior solutions, products, and services to confidently advise clients on design, materials, and technical aspects.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct site visits, client consultations, and design discussions to ensure an accurate understanding of the client's requirements.
- **Technical Proposals**: Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with project teams, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts, terms of sale, and project timelines, ensuring a win-win for both the company and the client.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and new product developments in the interiors industry.
- **Relationship Building**: Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Reporting & CRM**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of sales experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, construction, and project execution.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- **Project Management**: Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including designers, architects, and contractors.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
