- **LOOKING FOR A WAREHOUSE MANAGER**.

The role is to oversee the daily operations of a warehouse or distribution center. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes.
- **Receiving and Inventory**:Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation.

Maintain organized inventory for easy retrieval and tracking.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Process customer orders and package items for shipment.

Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely deliveries.
- **Warehouse Organization**:Optimize space utilization and arrange inventory systematically.

Ensure proper labeling and signage for efficient storage.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment for functionality.

Arrange repairs or servicing as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- **Communication and Documentation**:Liaise with suppliers for order status and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and orders.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Implement basic safety protocols and guidelines for staff.

Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Seek feedback from staff to identify process improvement opportunities.

Explore technology tools and automation for increased efficiency.
- **Inventory Control**:Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Identify items requiring replenishment or removal from inventory.
- **Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders or inventory.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Cost Management**:Monitor expenses related to labor, equipment, and supplies.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective measures.

**Salary**: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
