**Job Title: HR RECRUITER**
Location: Qatar
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR RECRUITER to join our outsourcing company in Qatar. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources processes within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including the completion of necessary paperwork and orientation.
- **Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as employment contracts and confidentiality agreements.
- **Time and Attendance**:
- Manage and monitor employee attendance records, including leave requests and time tracking.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- **Benefits Administration**:
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in resolving issues.
- **HR Reporting**:
- Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and recruitment status.
- Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Collaborate with HR Manager to address employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment.
- Assist in conducting investigations into employee complaints and conflicts.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations in Qatar and ensure the company's compliance.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements.
- **Training and Development**:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees as needed.
- Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of Qatar's labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Salary**: From QAR3,500.00 per month
