**HR RECRUITER**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take part in implementing an overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare, design, and update job descriptions and job profiles as per the manager’s request
- Prepare and design job ads and posters to appropriate job boards/newspaper
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills (hard & soft), and experience
- Schedule and organize the final round with respective managers and follow up on the interview status

**Skills, Qualities and Requirements**:

- People management. Organizing skills and priority management
- Reporting Skills, Recruitment Skills, Interview skills, Communication skills
- Team spirit, Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, Attention to detail, Flexibility
- MS Office, Outlook & Knowledge in Naukri gulf, indeed, linked in
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- with at least 2-3 years experience as a recruitment specialist, recruitment officer/recruiter
- Fluent in English (required)
- Overseas (Kathmandu) are welcome to apply
- Can join immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
