**About this role**
- Write and submit for approval the job descriptions for F-DBN Commissioning team.
- Lead the F-DBN Commissioning team recruitment and mobilization and on boarding.
- Coordinate and lead the F-DBN Commissioning team.
- In coordination with COMPANY Commissioning TRP, write all the Project documentation related to Commissioning.
- Provide assistance to the Contractors during the EPCIC engineering and preparation of the commissioning dossiers including a review of planning and organisational requirements, in order to optimise the schedule and keeping offshore commissioning activities streamlined.
- Review, comment on and approve the preparation of F-DBN commissioning procedures, reporting tools, including ICAPS, precommissioning status index and the commissioning technical database, the handover dossiers / certification, punch list control, planning and deliverables, ensuring accurate reporting and timely corrective action follow-up by the Contractors.
- Plan and supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation for F-DBN Project in accordance with COMPANY rules and procedures.
- Verify that everything necessary to carry out the commissioning activities (logistics, manpower, FATs, vendor, assistance, materials, test fluids & gases, spare parts, temporary supplies, first fills, consumables, tools and test equipment) has been coordinated, planned and mobilised by the Contractors.
- Ensure ICAPS databases are prepared (pre-commissioning and commissioning) for each discipline.
- Generate pre-commissioning and commissioning files and the corresponding dossiers.
- Participate in technical reviews of detailed engineering and various documentations.
- Ensure the follow-up of internal interfaces and coherence between commissioning disciplines (instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, piping, process and ICSS).
- Participate in contract technical documentation reviews.
- Review and validate contractor testing procedures.
- Organise the various commissioning preparation tasks: work allocation, priorities, schedules, resources (personnel, tools, spare parts, consumables, marine spread) and coordination of the preparation team.
- Review and approve the F-DBN commissioning management procedures (handover, interfaces, punch lists, internal organisation, etc.).
- Ensure that the commissioning activities are prepared according to start-up priorities.
- Ensure that pre-commissioning preparation is consistent with commissioning priorities and system breakdown.
- Check that pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are correctly taken into account in project schedule.
- Good interactions with F-DBN Construction team, IOP and FOPS at both onshore and offshore.
- Ensure the required JSA’s are prepared related to Commissioning activities.
- Ensure the proper succession of pre-commissioning and commissioning sequences with construction, schedule and operations.
- Ensure the mobilization of commissioning teams as required.
- Approve timesheets, rotational plans from commissioning contractor.

**What you need to bring**
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or any other engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience of relevant upstream oil and gas industry experience, with wide experience on Field in Process, Instrumentation, etc. Proven experience in managing engineering contractors and ability to manage the work of multiple commissioning teams simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the offshore O&G sector would be a benefit. Knowledge and experienceof OPERCOM Methodology and using ICAPS software. Good sense of team spirit leadership with strong interpersonal & communication skills. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
