Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Analyze and document business processes and requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.

Develop use cases, process flows, and other documentation to support project deliverables.

Manage project scope, requirements, and change requests.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder needs.

Participate in user acceptance testing and assist with training and support activities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management.

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Experience with process improvement and optimization.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
