**Salary**: QAR 30,000 - 35,000 per month
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Address all customer inquiries and/or complaints promptly, and make sure all customer orders are recorded and kept in an orderly manner.
2. Standard minimum selling rates on all products must be complied with.
3. Achieve sales targets per month as defined by company management.
4. Ensure all quotations, drawings, and colour samples are signed by the customers.
5. Continued oversight of your sales staff compliance with the sales procedures and operating processes.
6. Work closely with the designers and site measurement team to ensure the accuracy of the measurements and the drawings.
7. Make sure all the job orders are completed and filed in a proper manner.
8. Plan the production schedules and work closely with the production manager to achieve a zero level of finished goods stock in the factory.
9. Ensure customer deliveries are made on time as per the schedules in order to minimize or eliminate customer complaints.
10. Co-ordinate with the purchasing, stores, and finance departments whenever necessary.
11. Make sure all the customer collections are made on time and handover the same to a Finance Department representative on a daily basis.
12. Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales.
13. Identifies current and future customer requirements and trends by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and enlightening the management from time to time with new ideas.
14. Any other duties required by the management from time to time.
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
1. Must have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Sales Management.
2. Must hold a MSc or BSc Degree in Management.
