**About the role**:
As PMO Manager, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

- Initiate set up and implementation of the PMO unit; including business case, vision, and infrastructure - establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management.
- Manage and compile Programme related financial and KPI information
- monitor project costs and ensure finances are well managed.
- Liaise with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Create comprehensive and regular reporting formats of projects and programmes to the Line Manager for reporting and updating on the status.
- Provide Organizational Change Management guidance and support to projects and HR initiatives. Plan and execute the communication strategies to support adaptation of changes resulting from projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through the following methods:

- On time resource availability and allocation
- Agreeing on project objectives
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Using IT or other systems to keep track of people and progress
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Carrying out risk assessment. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Lead the design and development of new systems, processes and procedures at a departmental level in order to build visibility, governance and ownership of programmes and projects within the organisation.

Qualifications

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of work-related experience
- Must have experience in defining and establishing appropriate governance frameworks for effective programme and project delivery.
- Have experience of establishing and managing a project, programme or portfolio management office and effectively implementing processes, procedures and best practice principles.
- Prior experience of managing programme and project managers.
- Extensive experience and accreditation in appropriate project management methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience of facilitating project management skills transfer.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
