**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Landscape Maintenance**:

- Perform regular upkeep of outdoor landscapes, including lawn care, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Design, install, and maintain garden beds, shrubs, and seasonal displays.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning properly and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain walkways, patios, and other hardscaped areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.

**Indoor Plant Care**:

- Design and maintain indoor plant arrangements for homes, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Monitor and maintain optimal environmental conditions for indoor plants, including lighting, watering, and humidity.
- Regularly inspect plants for signs of stress, pests, or diseases and take corrective action.
- Provide expert advice on the selection, placement, and care of indoor plants.
- Rotate, clean, and fertilize plants as needed to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, and indoor plant care.
- Knowledge of horticultural best practices, plant species, and pest management.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to design appealing landscapes and indoor plant displays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Certification or training in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred).

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor and indoor environments, requiring physical activity and exposure to weather conditions.
