Admin / Accounting Assistant

**Job description**
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Assist in coordinating events, travel arrangements, and team activities.
- Manage office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Help with event planning, including scheduling and coordination of logistics.
- Support other departments as needed by completing administrative tasks and projects.
**Accounting Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payment of bills.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Handle data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
