**Job Description: Business Development Executive**

**Location**: Qatar

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential retail merchants and brands to explore partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and value for all parties.
- Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline status and sales forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Up to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT, Banking, FinTech, or Marketing.
- Strong network and relationships with retail merchants and brands in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and understanding of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
