Prospecting for new clients and leads.
- Advising Regional / International clients on market conditions and property values.
- Conducting property inspections and assessments.
- Preparing and presenting offers and contracts.
- Negotiating sale terms on behalf of the company with other broker's company.
- Contact prospective clients and assist them in buying.
- Generating and following up on clients leads to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- Counselling clients on market conditions, prices.
- Developing and presenting competitive market prices by comparing properties.
- Creating and showing lists of properties for sale, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Advertising company properties Regionally & Internationally.
- Recommendations and suggestions to participate in various exhibitions.
- Coordination and marketing with Broker to promote real estate.
- Direct and indirect marketing of sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in business, Marketing, PR, BS Communications or related

discipline
- Minimum of 3 years in real estate agent
- Experienced real estate broker in Qatar with demonstrated success.
- Knowledge in Local and international real estate market

Licensed broker is a plus

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
