**Department**
HSE (RLIC)

**Primary purpose of job**
Implement, manage and maintain the MIC or RLIC HSE Incident Management System.

Ensure that HSE incidents for all the areas of responsibilities within MIC or RLIC are notified, reported, recorded and

investigated in accordance with QatarEnergy HSE Incident Management System.

Ensure identification of root causes, implementation & close out of recommended corrective actions and publish the lessons

learnt for all HSE incidents.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 8 years of safety related work experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in incident management in Oil, Gas

or Petrochemical sector.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results and communicate results.
- Excellent communication, and administration skills and be comfortable working in multinational environment.

**Education**:

- Safety Diploma or equivalent from a recognized International Institution.
