**Responsibilities**:

- **Boat Operations Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of boat services operations including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise boat crews, technicians, and service staff.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of boats to ensure they are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors as needed.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development of budgets for boat services operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or service quality.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to marine operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain necessary certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or in a similar leadership role in the marine industry.
- Valid Captain's license and relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, TWIC).
- Strong knowledge of marine operations, safety protocols, and navigation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marine Studies, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in boat services management or marine tourism.
- Familiarity with boat maintenance and repair processes.
- Multilingual skills (especially beneficial for interacting with diverse clientele).
