**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- **Troubleshooting**:Promptly troubleshoot and resolve IT problems to minimize disruptions to operations.
- **System Administration**:Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure their reliability and security.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or optimizations as needed.
- **Network Management**:Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- **Security**:Ensure network security and implement measures to protect against unauthorized access or cyber threats.
- **ERP Implementation**:Lead and manage the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- **ERP Support**:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- **Data Backup**:Implement and maintain data backup and recovery systems to protect against data loss. Perform regular backups and test recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- **Training**:Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and usage of IT resources.
- **Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.**:

- **Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required or assigned by the immediate manager.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security.
- Experience with ERP system implementation and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with IT budgeting and vendor management.
