Camp Administrator

Camp Administrators can offer help and guidance to anyone affected by personal, domestic, or work-related problems by gathering information about the issue. The Camp Administrator works cooperatively with members of the Leadership Team and is the leading point of contact with people who are staying on the camp premises. Camp Administrator is primarily in charge of the maintenance and administration of a campsite. This may also include a range of other responsibilities, but the basics of the role will revolve around repairs and improvement, the provision of camp equipment, and ensuring the camp is always secure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Works as a path between workers and management to ensure each party's utmost interest.- Maintain good workers and employer relationships within the organization.- Compliant management of workers as early as possible.- Monitor the worker's health and safety issues and take the necessary steps while it is required.- Look after and ensure the necessary housekeeping is maintained in the camps.- Transportation arrangements and schedule for vehicle pick-up and drop location.- Provide guidelines on how a worker can avoid any hazardous situation and precautions against fire and safety in the camp premises.- Keep records of all the activities done for welfare management.- Arrange training and awareness programs for the workers so that they can keep themselves away from involving in any unlawful activities.- Develop good practices in the camps to ensure a better-staying place.- Manages and coordinates maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.- Assumes responsibility for checking in and out campgrounds and non-camp groups and maintenance records.- Inspects all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.- Assumes responsibility for weekly camp self-audit reports, financial records, and other required reports.- Assumes responsibility for the security of camp facilities and camp personnel.- Responsible for inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies.- Coordinate with the HR department for any requirements. liaison with the personnel department.
