As a Residential Sales Specialist, you will be assisting clients in buying and selling of property. The main responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Specialist include drafting up offers for home sales, providing guidance to clients, and working with clients to get their homes ready to sell.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources to include but not limited to: calls, Internet sources, Expired listings, Open Houses, just listed/sold, Past clients, and Listing inquiries.
- Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
- Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM.
- Chase deals until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments.
- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Analyze market pricing and trends and recommend a reserve or minimum selling price while developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior Sales experience.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills.
- Selling and Negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Holding a valid driving license.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
