**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both the off-plan and secondary markets to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends across all property types and land.
- Set sales targets and performance objectives for the sales team.

**Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Organize regular team meetings and sales training sessions.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any client issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies.

**Sales Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports, presenting findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

**Marketing and Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials tailored for the off-plan and secondary markets.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

**Property and Land Sales Expertise**:

- Leverage experience in selling various types of properties including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as land.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, market conditions, and financial considerations.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and developments in Qatar.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the Qatari real estate market, including off-plan and secondary markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across different property types and land.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
