**Social Media Assistant JD**
- **Communication in Arabic language is compulsory**:

- Execute the tactics specified in the social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Produce live social media content (design stories and create reels using existing resources)
- Collaborate with marketing head to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Digital Paid ads experience is necessary, especially in creating and executing lead gen tactics
- Understands analytics and is efficient in website tracking, pixel Integration.
- Extensive experience in running Facebook, Instagram, snapchat Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Practical knowledge and execution of Google ads, Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Analytical thinking and data processing skills are a plus
- Have knowledge of current trends and news related to digital marketing and paid social advertising
- understanding of the operation of the Paid Social channel from a business perspective
- Assist in brainstorming and creating marketing and social media campaigns, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages across brand’s communication touchpoints
- Influencer management - Experience in creating influencer campaigns and managing influencers in Qatar (or any GCC region)

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of the local market (Qatar specific) in terms of online usage behavior and have knowledge of the cultural nuances.
- Meta certified media buying professional is preferred
- Google Ads Certification
- Min of 5 years in digital marketing experience
- Experience managing various social media accounts from conception to execution
- Experience in handling multiple brands
- Demonstrable skills in using latest social media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
