**Résumé des fonctions**

Assurer l'entretien préventif planifié dans les chambres, les salles de réunion et/ou les espaces publics, y compris retourner les matelas, passer l'aspirateur derrière et sous les meubles, nettoyer en profondeur les tapis, arranger les tableaux, épousseter, nettoyer les salles de bains, s'assurer que tous les équipements sont présents dans la chambre et en parfait état de fonctionnement, nettoyer et remplacer les luminaires, et inspecter les joints et isolations. Assurer l'entretien, la réparation et le nettoyage de toutes les chambres, salles de réunions et/ou espaces publics conformément aux procédures d'entretien préventif de l'hôtel et aux directives standard (par ex. GCPM, CARE, Make Ready Team, Perfect Room Team). Assurer l'entretien préventif des équipements de l'hôtel et diverses réparations mineures, comme par exemple resserrer les lunettes de toilettes, changer des ampoules et boucher les trous dans les murs. Signaler immédiatement au responsable/superviseur les problèmes d'entretien importants, les découvertes inhabituelles ou les risques.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la chaîne ; signaler les accidents, les blessures, les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable ; et suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises sur la sécurité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 23 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
