**Responsibilities**:

- **Acknowledging Client Enquiries**: Promptly respond to client inquiries, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
- **Submission of Quotations**: Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients and address any queries they may have.
- **Cold Follow-ups with Clients**: Collaborate with the sales team to conduct cold follow-ups with clients, building lasting relationships.
- **Maintaining Quotation Records**: Keep detailed records of quotations, updates, and order bookings from inquiry to completion.
- **Job Record Keeping**: Update and maintain a comprehensive list of all carried-out jobs, showcasing our impressive track record.
- **Client Feedback Management**: Proactively gather and record client feedback, striving to continuously improve our services.
- **Assisting in Tender & Bid Preparation**: Support the sales team in preparing tenders and bids for potential projects.
- **Site Visits**: Accompany the sales team on site visits, contributing to our understanding of client needs.
- **Presenting Sales KPIs**: Prepare and present sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.

**Technical Expertise**:3 years** with a proven track record in sales preferably in the Electrical Instrumentation & Product Sales area.

**Age**:Less than 30 years
- Enthusiastic and a strong team player, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English language, enabling seamless communication with clients and team members.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Access, enhancing productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
