Facilitate innovation and compliance with the tone, theme and branding of all the design & development work
- Juggle multiple priorities while remaining positive and flexible, and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Partner closely with research and instructional design teams, to ensure strategic vision is executed within given timelines and design quality standards
- Balance multiple inputs of priorities and needs, making sure inter-dependencies are understood and planned for effectively
- Manage studio RFP process and later turn the studio into a profit-center
- Identify (proactively) the filming and video production needs for all colleges and partners
- Identify needed infrastructure (tools, equipment, assets, software) and related budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Performs other job-related duties as required by the office director.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in industry video and filming production and preferably related to online and digital education
- Bachelors’ or MA degree in a relevant field or professional training certification
- Ability to weigh options and implement solutions that help overcome conflicts in the workplace
- Strong technical skills and a solid grip on handling the design targets of the company
- Accountable for resource prioritization, schedule, financial management and overall quality of the products delivered to clientele
