**COMMISSION BASED SALARY**

**Please note**:Applicants that do not have local real estate experience or a real estate background will not be considered.

**Job Location**:Our office is located in Medina Centrale, The Pearl - Island
- **Responsibilities**_
- Conduct viewings of residential and commercial properties in a professional manner, manage client's follow-up
- Provide property investment advice to clients after carefully analyzing the current market conditions and trends
- Maintain an extensive list of all clients who have been in contact with you to identify the clients demographics and the most sought-after and profitable areas
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Promote the properties through advertisements, social media and contacting clients directly
- **Requirements and skills**_
- Proven work experience as a real estate agent in Doha, Qatar
- Proven track record of successful sales and leasing transactions
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently along with excellent interpersonal skills

**Applicant must have a valid Qatari driver's license**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
