Job Description:
The Roast Master is responsible for overseeing and managing the coffee bean roasting process. They operate roasting equipment, develop roast profiles, and ensure consistent quality and flavor of roasted coffee. They collaborate with the green coffee buyer, conduct sensory evaluations, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and provide training. The Roast Master must have expertise in roasting techniques, sensory evaluation, and coffee industry knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Roast Master or similar role in the coffee industry.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with roasting equipment and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 per month
