**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Roastery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roastery. This role requires someone who can effectively manage a small team, ensure the highest quality of product and service, and maintain smooth operations from start to finish. The Roastery Manager will be responsible for everything from staff management and training to overseeing product quality and inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses for employees on operational procedures, safety, and quality control.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale.
- Handle staff scheduling and manage time-off requests to ensure proper coverage.
- **Quality Control & Operations**:

- Ensure all products meet the established standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Oversee roasting, packaging, and product handling to ensure accuracy and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Implement and manage a routine for quality checks on all roasts, inventory, and customer orders.
- Monitor equipment and inventory to ensure the roastery runs efficiently.
- **Customer Service & Relations**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth promotion.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Management**:

- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain an organized storage and inventory system to minimize waste and avoid running out of essential supplies.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in budgeting and cost management to ensure operations stay within budget.
- Track daily sales and operational costs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the roastery complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of the roastery to meet safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of management experience, preferably in the food, beverage, or coffee industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of coffee roasting processes and quality control is a plus.
- **Personality**: Self-motivated, reliable, and a problem-solver with a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [X] lbs, and handle equipment.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
