The Project Specialist is responsible for fulfilling the department’s administrative requirements and coordinating with on-site activities related to third-party operators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizes and participates in meetings with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develops best-in-class practices for the preparation of necessary presentation materials, project meetings, compilation of meeting minutes, and precise distribution to the relevant stakeholders.
- Executes action plans from vendor meetings with follow-ups as instructed by the Head of External F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing.
- Communicates proactively with third parties and all relevant stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are clearly understood, and project actions/milestones are achieved on time.
- Assists the Head of External F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing with the development of strategy, preparation of documents, and creation of plans.
- Assesses the level of risk involved and potential issues for the assigned projects and proposes possible solutions where applicable.
- Organizes a central repository to maintain all project documentation and relevant information.
- Oversees the operational and logístical requirements related to the roll-out of third-party operators.
- Ensures that the organization’s policies and procedures are followed and implemented on time.
- Collects fees from vendors where applicable and handles conflicts/complaints in consultation with the Head of External F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing.
- Carries out all administrative duties related to project operations and coordinates with relevant stakeholders.
- Supports the organization with the development of third-party projects as and when required.
- Monitors plans, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures for relevant projects.
- Tracks the status of assigned projects, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met on time.
- Plans proactively to ensure that issues and/or problems related to assigned projects can be avoided to achieve successful delivery of the project.
- Takes preventive measures for projects that are not on track and provides early notice regarding potential risks and/or problems to the Head of External F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing.
- Creates a calendar and critical paths to manage and fulfill the goals and objectives of the relevant project.
- Undertakes any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Head of External F&B Operations and Commercial Leasing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus

Pay: QAR12,300.00 - QAR13,800.00 per month
