We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial performance.
- Develop and manage financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments
- Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, setting performance standards and monitoring progress
- Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and purchasing processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Continuously improve service standards and implement best practices in food and beverage operations
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and health standards
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
- Innovative mindset with a focus on enhancing guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
