**Purpose**

The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our logistics and warehouse activities. This position involves working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, managing a team of operational staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**What You’ll Do (Key Accountabilities)**
- Supervise and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve operational goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and on-time deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold service excellence.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
