Doha, Qatar Mega Food Restaurant Management Full time

Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.
- Hospitality & Restaurant Management Degree or Diploma from accredited University or College.
- Experience at relevant position not less than 2 years in GCC.

Operational Support:

- Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
- Developing and Maintaining Budgets.
- Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor daily activities, address operational issues, and ensure smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality standards in food, service, and ambiance.
- Inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.

Staff Supervision and Training:

- Training and supervising restaurant staff.
- Provide guidance and ongoing training to ensure excellent service and adherence to standards.
- Creating staff schedules, managing time-off requests, and maintaining adequate staffing levels.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Guest Relations:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Help resolve guest issues and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Financial Administration:

- Managing financial tasks, such as monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Managing inventory and controlling costs to maximize revenue and minimize waste.
- Maintaining accurate records, including cash handling, invoices, and financial reports.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and implementing strategies for financial success.

Health and Safety Compliance:

- Excellent knowledge & compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations issued by the authorities (Kitchen & Restaurant).
- Excellent knowledge of local laws, rules and regulation issued by MOCI, QTA and other concerned authorities in F&B Outlet operations (Kitchen & Restaurant).
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Train and educate staff on food handling, hygiene practices, and emergency procedures.

Marketing and Sales Strategies:

- Build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
- Securing Corporate Clients and maintaining core base clientele.
- Ensuring significant sales via delivering platforms.

Personal Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact with guests and address inquiries and concerns.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Qatar Driving License.
- Lawful ability to change sponsorship.
