**Summary**:
Trane in Qatar is hiring a Services Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the service & parts sales and fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence. Responsible for the performance of the Service area and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for driving the services business from both sales and fulfillment front for the region
- Drive market coverage from sales teams, monitor quotation pipeline and address customer needs
- Ensures quality standards of all service operation processes and functions required for execution of work and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for achieving mission objectives regarding sales, profit and management of resources such as backlog analysis, Work in Progress (WIP), overhead management, local inventory management, etc.
- As a member of the leadership team, responsible for participating in annual operating plan preparation.
- Monitor, measure, and modify process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and implement new service products following the market environment, demand and technology evolution. The complete HVAC system must be our center of interest.
- Manage the fulfillment teams, both and back end and front end
- Works with HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.
- Monitor and drive training programs and service engineers & technicians career development.
- Works as liaison between business unit/corporate and service team to resolve issues.
- Interacts with sales to ensure smooth hand off of projects from the sales process.
- Conducts performance appraisals in line with service/sales/supervisory personnel to recommend raises, promotions, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Manages performance by monitoring service personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.
- Maintains quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspection job sites.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed.
- Responsible for internal communications flow between service personnel and leadership team.
- Responsible for maintaining organization’s expertise of Trane and competitor’s products, product design, and requirements for installation as well as working knowledge of HVAC principles to support solutions based business strategy.
- Reviews project measurements and monitors projects through completion.
- Responsible for administering safety and environmental program in the service area.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and weekends, as required.
- Drive the service excellence to be a local market leader.
- Drive the resolution of the in warranty issues to satisfy the customer and protect the Company interest.
- Conducts performance appraisals in line with service/sales/supervisory personnel to recommend raises, promotions, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Manages performance by monitoring service personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.
- Maintains quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspection job sites.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
