As a **Administration Assistant**-**Property Leasing**, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our retail division. You will be responsible for overseeing the correct execution of operational, technical, and administrative management procedures. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a strong background in retail management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that correct operational, technical, and administrative procedures are followed in the daily running of the division.
- Check and verify information, and proactively obtain missing or incorrect details from incomplete/incorrect documents to maintain high administrative standards.
- File, maintain, and update existing registers, archives, filing systems, data sheets, and handle both incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that all operational tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in a relevant field.
- Minimum of **three years of relevant experience** in the property leasing industry.
- **Qatar Driving License**:

- Strong understanding and experience in administrative operations within a retail environment.
- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills** (including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
