**Doha** as a Lead Freighter Router Management Analyst.

In this role you will be responsible for steering and controlling the optimal executing of the Freighter Schedule while protecting and optimizing network profitability and network schedule integrity.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include the following:

- Supervising the planning and implementation of the overall freighter schedule changes, ensure well-coordinated changes on the network between each team member.
- Optimize freighter network by planning for charter opportunities, while ensuring overall positive contribution of the scenario and the operational implementations of charter.
- Ensure the implementation seasonal adaptation plan is executed on-time and steer business opportunity to fulfill the targeted aircraft utilization.
- Assess charter request impact on the network in order to achieve overall positive profitability.
- Supervise the recovery of network disruptions in order to maintain the targeted freighter schedule recovery
- Manage escalations on flights with poor contributions prior to D-72hrs window

**About you**
- At least 4 years of job-related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Experience in short term scheduling.
- Experience in Dynamic Capacity Management (DCM).
- Experience in aircraft scheduling preferred
- Preferred experience in Operational Control Center Environment.
