The Growth Hacker will be part of a dynamic team working across multiple business units in partnering up and delivering on day to day objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Explore the selling points of the product to quickly identify marketing opportunities.
- Focus on low-cost innovative marketing techniques to generate traffic and users.
- Should have experience with social media influencers, kick start and viral marketing.
- Study industrial trends and insight to conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct mail: outbound-inbound, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
- Should be able to profile customers and tailor the marketing plan for growth.
- Translate ideas into actionable items, manage the project and deliver business results

Required Qualifications:

- Start-up/Logistics/FinTech/Insurance/InsurTech experience will be an added plus
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication with international team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
