**Business Process & Regulatory Reporting Manager **( Qatari Nationals Only )**

The main core responsibility of this role is to manage regulatory reporting, support in delivering critical projects and execute streamlining strategies in Qatar. The job holder will be accountable to manage all assigned regulatory submission and engage with IT to resolve any issue raised by front liners. In addition, to review the existing processes and play the lead role in key streamlining customer journeys while analysing the process mapping and reduce the manual touch points.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage the business regulatory reportings, including Ad-hocs requests received from regulator or functions. Raise the required requests for data and complete the Regular and Ad-hoc Regulatory Reporting’s including FATCA and CRS.
- To support with the implementation of key Group programs/projects/testing for WPB Business. Implement end-to-end re-engineering opportunities through project management / six sigma methodology
- Work to pactively help in converting innovative ideas into reality. Identify end-to-end re-engineering opportunities across the business for all customer journeys. Drive meetings to decision points, influencing and negotiating outcomes.
- Sustain existing stakeholder relationships and identify new engagement opportunities across multiple levels in a planned and structured way to build consensus and improve delivery of change outcomes
- Work with management across WPB and key stakeholders (Compliance, Audit, Fin, HR etc) to constantly challenge ‘perceived wisdom’, to achieve buy-in for the recommended solution and its implementation approach, to evaluate the impact of change, and to ensure monetization of benefits

Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
- Strong capability in managing information data (Excel functions and formulas) with excellent analytical skills to analyse data and producing reports.
- Banking experience with an understanding of retail banking activities, products, processes and systems
- An understanding of other areas of risk e.g. credit, market. A high level understanding of all types of financial crime and reputational risk
- Knowledge of regulatory environment in Qatar. Exposure to an operations and a control environment, such as audit or compliance preferred.
- Understanding the project management cycle from initiation, planning to execution. Ability to understand complex concepts and understanding of modeling techniques and analytics in respect of Operational Risk.
- Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organisational skills
