**Key Responsibilities**:
- **IT Infrastructure Management**:
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Administer servers, ensuring their proper functioning and security.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- **File Share and Printers**:
- Oversee file share systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Manage and troubleshoot networked printers and printing services.
- **ERP Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the ERP developer company to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ERP system.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the ERP developer, conveying requirements and addressing issues.
- **Security and Backup**:
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the company's IT assets.
- Establish and manage backup and recovery processes for critical data.
- **IT Support**:
- Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Keep an inventory of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
**Required Skills**:
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (desktop and server).
- Experience with Active Directory management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with file share systems and printers.
- **ERP Understanding**:
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with ERP developers to convey business requirements.
- **Problem-solving**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
- **Communication**:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and external vendors.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
