Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holidays Supervisor (Female) to join our dynamic team. As a Holidays Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth execution of holiday packages, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in travel planning, organization, and leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our agency's objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead a team of travel consultants, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service during the holiday planning process.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop attractive holiday packages and promotions, tailored to meet the preferences and needs of diverse customer segments.

Train and mentor travel consultants on product knowledge, destination information, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Oversee the holiday booking process, ensuring accuracy, adherence to policies, and timely resolution of any issues or customer complaints that may arise.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, such as booking conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation, and implement strategies to improve results.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for training and development within the team.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, negotiating competitive rates and exclusive deals for our holiday packages.

Stay up to date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations, sharing relevant information with the team and incorporating it into our holiday offerings.

Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of holiday packages, including timely invoicing, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements.

Assist with crisis management, resolving emergency situations, and providing support to customers during unforeseen events or disruptions.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Holidays Supervisor or similar role within the travel industry.

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and various travel products and services.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in using travel reservation systems, such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems), online booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

A customer-centric approach, with a passion for creating unforgettable holiday experiences for clients.

Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints or difficult situations professionally and efficiently.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in the travel industry.

Diploma or degree in travel and tourism management or a related field is preferred.

Arabic Speaker will be a Plus Point.
