**Responsibilities for Café Food and Beverage Supervisor**
- Key holder responsibilities including opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times. Setting up and closing down the café each day.
- Report on a weekly basis, or as otherwise agreed, to the Manager on all relevant issues or general concerns
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Barista Training to be on going, including the development of team members and refresher training as products develops, to the chosen Coffee suppliers Barista standards.
- Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking on inventory of goods and supplies.
- Responsible for all daily management duties such as resolving elevated customer and employee questions and issues, promoting a positive work environment, and holding team members accountable to meet high standards.
- Accurately schedule staff to business level based on forecast.
- Abide by and ensure Compliance with Governmental Health and Safety Requirements.

**Qualifications for Food and Beverage Supervisor**
- 3+ years coffee shop and/or restaurant experience
- 2+ year experience as a manager or supervisor in a coffee shop or restaurant
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of employees.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to create reports to give to ownership.

Remenuration package = QAR 4500 full packge ,

NOC hold will be prefer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR4,200.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Coffee shop supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Restaurant Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (required)
