**Objective**:
Respetively contributing role works towards achieving set monthly targets through the merchandising, distribution and sales of products in the assigned routes in line with Company and principal objectives.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Collect and process payments from customers in a fast-paced physically/task intensive working environment and broadly predictable sales environment dealing with FMCG Products.
- Deliver products to customers promptly.
- Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked in stores
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide leave coverage when required
- Provides feedback to the next level on the distribution issues.
- Previous experience as a Van Salesman or in a similar role
- Posses valid Medium Trcuk Qatari Driving License
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Valid Qatar driving license

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication (English and Arabic is a plus) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Previous experience as a Van Salesman or in a similar role in Qatar or any GCC Countries.
- **Local Hire Only (Qatar Based) with NOC**
