**Job Overview**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that HSES communications received from HSES Managers or Operations Manager, are brought to the attention of all employees. Interface with onsite client representative as required
- Regularly inspect the work areas and validate the deliverables of direct reports
- Accountable for upkeep and readiness of all ERT related equipment
- Ensure all HSES notices, posters, signs are current and correctly placed
- Participate in JV walkthroughs and develop presentations
- Liaise and co-ordinate with NKOM security team to ensure QFAB deliverables are fulfilled
- Coordinate and assist with incident notifications and investigations including compilation and submittal of completed reports in a timely manner.
- Execution of HSES Activity plan as per established schedules/frequency.
- Carry out critical subcontractor evaluation and monitor as relevant.
- Initiate, coordinate and record emergency drills, ensure a post drill review/de-brief is conducted and make recommendations for the improvement of their effectiveness.
- Monitor environmental issues at the work location and liaise as necessary with Environmental Coordinator.
- Facilitate periodic HSE Campaigns and ensure effective participation by operations

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 5 years in construction/oilfield industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills, knowledge of OSHA regs.
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Exposure to accident Investigation and Analysis software
