- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations on schedule-related matters.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project data, including timesheets, expenses, and resource allocations.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and planning, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Italian language would be a plus,
